    The Sheraton Baltimore North has an exciting opportunity to join our team as our Revenue Manager. The primary responsibility of the Revenue Manager is to optimize hotel revenue by effectively managing daily room inventory and pricing across all market segments. Responsibilities: • Produce and maintain forecast estimates and pace reports • Check competitor strategy continuously and review their pricing and availability • Hold regular yield management meetings to evaluate past revenue performance and set strategies for future weeks. Utilize market intelligence tools and articulate demand shifts to the revenue team • Manage hotel revenue growth, set performance goals, and implement revenue management plans to drive profitability for the asset • Understand and provide analysis on the hotel’s optimal mix of sales and proactively activate strategies to continue market share success against the competition • Provide necessary analysis and reporting for the hotel management team, corporate office team, and for ownership review meetings • Complete weekly day-by-day 30-60-90 rooms forecast for the hotel • Complete the annual day-by-day room budget for the hotel • Enter STR data each week Qualifications: • Must have 2-3 years of experience in revenue management role with Marriott Brands • OneYield certified, experience with CI/TY, Lightspeed, and Marsha • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data • Experience with computer programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software • Preferred experience with Amadeus Demand360, Agency360, Lighthouse Rate insight and BI
