Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing strategies, including room rates, discounts, and packages.
- Forecast demand, pricing, and revenue based on market trends.
- Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels, such as branded websites, OTAs, and GDS.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive pricing evaluations.
- Review weekly and monthly performance metrics (e.g., STR reports) to refine strategies.
- Develop and execute promotional plans to drive market share.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel revenue management experience (resort experience preferred).
- Strong skills in financial analysis, team leadership, and problem resolution.
