    As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and executing sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for hospitality and sales. Responsibilities: • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs • Procure new group and banquets business • Identify and generate new business through proactive sales efforts, including cold calls, networking, and lead generation. • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the hotel's visibility and client base Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Proven track record of sales success • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major • At least 1 year of hospitality sales experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized Compensation: $40,000 yearly
