Benefits: • 401(k) • Benefits/ Insurance • Flexible hours • Vacation time Responsibilities: What will I be doing? • Conduct patrols within the hotel's interior, perimeter, and property to detect and pinpoint potential security and safety hazards, as well as undesirable situations • Patrolling hallways, parking lots, stairwells, and lobbies • React to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, safety hazards, or threats to property and/or life • Advocate for safe work procedures and practices • Launch initial investigations into incidents when required • Generate nightly logs of unusual occurrences, as well as routine actions • Ensure the accuracy of relevant documentation, as needed • Address guest requests and inquiries promptly, with a friendly and efficient approach, and resolve guest issues • Communicate with front desk agents • Contacting local police authorities • Follow safety and security policies and procedures at all times • Escorting any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the flow of property operations • Responds to guests quickly and courteously if reported by night shift staff Qualifications: • Previous Security experience • Good communication skills • Valid drivers license • A working vehicle • Security training • Interpersonal skills • Flexible schedule • CPR certified a plus • Ability to provide written and verbal Communication • Knowledge of security operations and procedure • Outstanding surveillance and observation skills • Self-starter, able to work alone and doesn't mind helping with luggage or taking out the garbage Compensation: $20 hourly
