    Job Description

    Hotel Security Sales Executive. Pay $70,000 to $80,000 plus commission and benefits. Must have Hotel Sales Background or Security Sales Experience.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Security Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in the security industry or hospitality/hotel industry being a strong advantage. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

    Hotel Security Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate leads and secure new clients.
    • Identify potential clients in the hospitality, corporate, and commercial sectors who require security services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Present and explain service offerings in a professional and compelling manner.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
    • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
    • Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and meetings to expand business reach.
    • Position is a solo contributor with no direct reports
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in the security, hospitality, or hotel industry.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
    • Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
    • 5-7 years related experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
