Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance of the hotel's infrastructure, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and lighting. They ensure that everything is functioning properly to prevent breakdowns and ensure guest comfort.
Repairs: Addressing and repairing any issues that arise in the hotel, such as leaky faucets, broken furniture, malfunctioning air conditioning units, or faulty electrical outlets. They respond to maintenance requests from both staff and guests in a timely manner.
