Join Our Team as a Compassionate Caregiver! Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a reliable Caregiver to assist our clients with their daily needs, ensuring their well-being and dignity.

Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

Daily Living Support: Provide incontinence care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Mobility Assistance: Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

Companionship: Offer companionship and emotional support.

Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Medication Reminders: Assist clients with timely medication reminders.

Independence Encouragement: Encourage and support clients to maintain their independence.

Care Plans: Follow care plans developed by the RN.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely care notes.

Safety and Infection Control: Adhere to infection control and safety policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Certification: Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in New Jersey.

Experience: At least one year of proven experience in delivering personal care.

Communication: Strong communication skills and be proficient in English to effectively communicate with clients.

Transportation: Reliable transportation for visiting clients at their homes.

Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

Additional Requirements:

Physical Exam and PPD Test: Updated physical examination and PPD (tuberculosis) test completed within the last 12 months.

Vaccination: Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccination.

Identification: Valid Social Security Number (SSN) and valid Immigration Documents, if applicable.

COVID-19 Vaccination: Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
