Road Trip is looking for a motivated Hourly Manager to oversee daily operations and assist in managing our team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff during shifts
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining a friendly and efficient environment
Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
Assist in training and developing new employees
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
Toast experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekends are a must.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
