To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:
Deliver great food, prepared to company standards
Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals
Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
Participate in weekly/monthly inventories
Maintain budgeted food cost
Write weekly kitchen schedules
Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards

Requirements
Eligible to work in the United States
Min. 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
Min. 21 years or older
Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
