The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of an RBT who are looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization. The RBT is an hourly employee and will be assigned a caseload based on experience. We are currently looking for RBTs to work in-home and in the clinic in Howard County, Monday to Friday (7:45 AM to 3:15 PM).

Hours: 30-35 hours per week Pay: $20/hr to $25/hr.

Minimal Experience:

Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), will not consider applicants who do not hold this certification.

RBTs should understand natural environment teaching strategies and have experience with children from 18 months to 6 years old.

Have experience collecting data

Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
