The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of a RBTs who are looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization. The RBT is an hourly employee and will be assigned a caseload based on experience. We are currently looking for RBTs to work in-home and in the clinic in Howard County, Monday to Friday (7:45 AM to 5 PM). The pay for the position is between $20/hr to $25/hr.

RBTs should have an understanding of natural environment teaching strategies and experience with children 18 months to 18 years.

Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.

Applicants must have a current certification as an RBT and be in good standing with the BACB to be considered for this position. If you do not have a valid certification you will not be considered for this position.
