Job Description: Residential House Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Group Home facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, exceptional coping skills, and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. This position will require the candidate to be on-call and physically present at the Group Home for designated days each week. The House Manager is responsible for escorting clients to medical appointments, monitoring employee documents, purchasing groceries based on schedules, and remaining on call for any urgent staffing needs.
