    Job Summary

    We are seeking a House Manager to join our team at Resolute Care, LLC. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of individuals and people with disabilities, by enhancing their quality of life. This is an important position that allows us to provide comprehensive and consistent patient care by coordinating all things necessary on a daily basis. Responsibilities include assisting the client with daily living activities, completing housekeeping and errands as needed, planning activities, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. You will also be responsible for creating the monthly schedule for the staffing need. The ideal candidate is patient, kind, compassionate, and reliable. As an employee in direct care, you will have direct contact and assist people who need support to lead more independent lives.

    Responsibilities

    Appointment setting for client.

    Organize staffing and rotate ‘on-call’ with assistant manager, when applicable.

    Manage funds of clients.

    Complete administrative duties; i.e. semi-annual and annual paperwork for clients.

    Complete training, and management of new and existing staff.

    Monitor medications and the delivery/organization of medications.

    Monitoring and follow up of client charting and documentation.

    Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing as needed.

    Effectively practice person centered planning.

    Guide activities and physical exercises

    Prepare meals and snacks

    Light housekeeping activities

    Provide companionship

    Assist with errands and shopping

    Complete other documentation and meetings as needed

    Skills & Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred

    First aid and CPR certified is a plus

    Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills

    Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

    Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal spills

    Communicate effectively both written and verbally.

    Make decisions and complete tasks with little or no supervision.

    Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner.

    Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

    Read, write and speak the English language.

    Compassionate, respectful, ethical

    High school degree or GED preferred.

    Valid and current Driver’s License required.

    Must be able to pass a DHS background study. EOA/AA

    You must be at least 18 years of age.

    Highly organized with attention to detail

    Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other computer programs

    Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
