SUMMARY: The Household Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while meeting monthly sales goals. They will train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services. A Residential Sales Representative must have a proficient understanding of residential Culligan products and will be responsible for assisting residential leads/ potential customers with a team of other Residential Sales Representatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Develop and refine sales tools, including presentations, financial docs, and lead generation methods.
Manage all leads and appointments professionally and promptly.
Attend scheduled sales calls with integrity and preparation.
Accurately record sales activities in CRM systems.
Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge of all residential Culligan offerings.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate, policy-aligned solutions.
Deliver effective, educational sales presentations.
Meet sales targets using both company-provided leads and self-generated efforts.
Document installation details clearly, including pumps, electrical, and drainage needs.
Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Keep customer information secure and confidential.
Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
Achieve or exceed minimum sales performance standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
We offer a competitive compensation package, averaging from $75,000 to $110,000 annually. Our uncapped commission structure allows top performers to exceed expectations and maximize their income. QUALIFICATIONS:
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales.
· Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
· High school diploma/(GED) required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
· A Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Within a 90-day training period, earn your Culligan Sales License.
· Ability and desire to learn our company-specific online tools and/or apps to process sales contracts.
· Ability to lift 50+lbs, bend, twist, kneel, crawl and sit for long periods.
· Able to adapt to individual customer needs
