Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the company's Core Values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and Improvement
Respond to the member's concerns, suggestions and requests
Keep all areas of the club safe, clean and orderly at all times
Report all safety concerns, broken equipment and member concerns to your manager
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Sort, launder, fold linens and towels.
Sweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facility
Vacuum all carpeting
Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains
Empty wastebaskets and dust furniture
Transport trash and waste to disposal
Replenish bathroom supplies
Replace light bulbs
Attend scheduled staff meetings
Our Commitment to Hospitality: FFC offers a robust training program mandatory for all employees to attend. The training includes multiple hospitality courses to be completed during your first 90 days. Your manager will go over your role specific training and dates upon hire.
