Housekeeper/Houseman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the property while providing exceptional service to our guests or residents. The Housekeeper/Houseman plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the satisfaction of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, ensuring all accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and delivering fresh linens and towels.
- Restock and maintain supplies in guest rooms and public areas, reporting any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and address specific guest needs as required.
- Assist with cleaning public areas in the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and prompt manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the housekeeping manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
