As a PCA, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver at Excel you’ll provide hands-on care and companionship to our clients, assisting with personal hygiene, safety, and daily activities. Your role is vital—you’ll form meaningful connections with clients, becoming a trusted, valued part of their lives.
Key Responsibilities of the PCA, Home Health Aide, Caregiver:
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a safe and caring environment.
Organize daily routines to enhance the client’s quality of life.
Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team.
Requirements of the PCA/Home Health Aide, Caregiver:
Current Driver’s License
Reliable Vehicle
