    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will maintain a clean and safe work environment for the entire facility. The position also requires maintaining the cleanliness of offices, break rooms and restrooms on a daily basis. Applicants must be certified or willing to be certified on equipment (dock stance). The ideal candidate also possesses a high level of integrity and professionalism.

    A day on the job looks like this:

    • Using a dock stance to move gaylords
    • Emptying trash cans in all offices and floor workstations
    • Disposing of trash in a timely manner
    • Ensuring vending machines are clean and any issues are reported immediately
    • Vacuuming carpets in all office areas on a daily or an as-needed basis
    • Maintaining inventory of consumable cleaning supplies
    • Recommending reorder of supplies or special one-time materials
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 0-2 years of experience in the field preferred
    • 0-2 years of experience in the position preferred
    • High school diploma preferred
    • Demonstrated attention to detail
    • Ability to complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner
    • Good attendance
    • Excellent judgement, maturity and dependability
