The Lismore Hotel is currently hiring Room Attendants. A hotel room attendant's responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, as well as providing customer service. Responsibilities: • Vacuum, dust, and polish guest rooms, bathrooms, and other areas • Change bed linens and towels, and make beds • Replace guest supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and biscuits • Refill the mini-bar and add up the daily drinks bill • Report maintenance issues, such as broken light fixtures or air conditioners • Offer customer service and respond to guest inquiries • Collect dirty linen and deliver it to the laundry room • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies **We have a comprehensive benefit package that includes:** • 401k w/5% Company Match! • PTO Package • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life & Short-Term Disability • Discount Program • Other voluntary benefits such as critical illness, accident, etc. Qualifications: • Prior housekeeping experience • Hotel experience preferred
