We are looking to hire a proactive, detailed, and organized team member to help lead our Housekeeping team. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for engaging, energizing, and inspiring our members and team while maintaining a clean facility.
This is a hands-on leadership role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Providing feedback both written and verbal to the Housekeeping team
Train new team members and provide ongoing training for current team members
Maintain accurate records for inventory purposes
Help manage cleaning process and procedures
Assist with working interviews
Cleaning equipment
Sweeping
Mopping
Vacuuming
Dusting
Maintaining locker rooms/club cleanliness
Stocking supplies/towels
Laundering of towels
Candidates MUST be:
