The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, highly organized, and capable of leading a team to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction at the highest level. Flexibility in schedule and ability to commute reliably are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff

    Ensure cleanliness standards are met across all guest rooms and public areas

    Train, support, and evaluate housekeeping team performance

    Manage inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed

    Inspect rooms and areas regularly to ensure quality standards

    Address guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally

    Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs

    Maintain safety and cleanliness protocols in compliance with health regulations

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 10 years of housekeeping management experience in hotels

    Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

    Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure

    Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

    Reliable transportation and ability to commute as needed
