Responsibilities: • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality to distribute workload fairly among the team members. • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to meet hotel and guest needs, including weekends, nights, and holidays. • Maintain effective verbal and written communication skills to uphold appropriate interactions with guests and coworkers. • Ability to understand and execute instructions from supervisors and managers effectively. • Uphold safety compliance standards to ensure a secure working environment for all employees. • Display a positive attitude by being courteous, polite, and helpful to guests and colleagues in line with company values. • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including privacy standards for guests. • Lead and manage team members in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper by providing training, coaching, and feedback. • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction are met. • Provide hands-on assistance to staff in cleaning and maintaining the hotel, including performing Room Attendant duties. • Maintain accurate records of discrepancies found in guest rooms for training purposes. • Oversee housekeeping closets and the performance of housemen to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking. • Manage laundry operations, including inventory of chemicals, cleaning, organizing, and handling reclaimed items.
