The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage labor productivity and department costs, adhering to budgeted guidelines. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • We welcome applicants at all levels.
