About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC in The Dalles, OR. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards

Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards

Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit orders as needed

Address guest complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner

Schedule team based on occupancy

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial supervisory role

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in Spanish and English
