Housekeeping for Best Western Hotel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep units clean & tidy, following a detailed cleaning checklist and completing tasks within the required timeframe
Cleaning duties will include but not be limited to sweeping, mopping, & vacuuming floors, dusting, dishes, trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances
Tidy the outdoor areas, such as decks and porches
Travel between units and Housekeeping facility, picking up supplies as needed
Inspect the house for damage & repairs and report to through the necessary channels
Leave the units creating a warm welcome and WOW! for guest arrival
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous vacation rental cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Flexible availability is a must, as schedules are subject to guest check-ins & checkouts
Must be able to operate cleaning equipment
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between assigned units
Be passionate about creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
Must be able to work with a team and independently
Must be dependable, trustworthy & hardworking
Be able to maintain positive and respectful communications with fellow employees and leadership team
