The Houseman provide support in all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness in all areas of the property, while also assisting maintenance in small tasks such as resetting a TV, changing a lightbulb, etc. The houseman is also responsible for Providing superior guest service, assisting with inter-departmental communications, and compliance with cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
· Clean and maintain the appearance of the public areas of the hotel
· Deep clean assigned areas as requested
· Assist Front Desk staff with maintenance of complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events
· Clean and set-up meeting room functions with assistance from Director of Sales
· Restocking housekeeping stations
· Delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
Assisting Maintenance with minor tasks associated with preventative maintenance.
This job is a Part time job offering 24 hours/ week. The required shift is 12pm-8pm. (Hours can vary based on the need of the Hotel)
