Position Summary Responsible for keeping all common areas of Bear Creek Lodge crisp and clean, assisting housekeeping and front desk teams with various tasks, and responding to guest requests with exceptional customer service.
Must be available to work weekends.
Essential Job Duties
Perform daily cleaning activities of all common areas to ensure that quality standards are met.
Assist the housekeeping team with laundry pick-up and stocking, trash removal, vacuuming breezeway mats, and other duties.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, fire pit, grilling areas, and stocking towels.
Assist the front desk with the delivery of items to guests in residence.
Follow oral instructions and be pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with coworkers.
Able to respond to guest requests and help provide exceptional customer service.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
EDUCATION: High School Degree or GED
EXPERIENCE: Hospitality operations experience preferred, with at least one year of housekeeping experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Organized, strong attention to detail, ability to perform job duties with minimal oversight, ability to communicate effectively with others.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Bilingual English/Spanish, knowledge of housekeeping safety guidelines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs., climb stairs regularly, lift, twist, bend, stretch, and stand for an entire shift.
