    Housing El Dorado (HED) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation in El Dorado County that works in the areas of affordable housing and homelessness resolution.

    HED is currently seeking several (Overnight) Guest Liaisons for our Safe Parking program. This position is extremely part-time and requires an extremely local candidate.

    Duties and Responsibilities: The (Overnight) Guest Liaison supports our guests of the Safe Parking Program and ensures the safety and security of the Safe Parking Lot. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable with the following kinds of tasks:

    Provides support to clients at the parking lot, implements rules and policies of operation and assists clients with problems and questions

    Coordinates and delivers donations and resources to clients enrolled in the program

    Assists volunteers with meals, donations and clean up as needed including sanitation units, lot facility, and removal of trash

    Ensures that clients sign in and out as appropriate and reports disturbances with clients and guests

    Maintains accurate records in written form, completes daily logs and monthly reports

    Attend meetings with management team and it is preferred you have the availability to attend monthly staff meeting during business hours

    Shifts Available: Position begins on 7/15/2024

    Check-In: 7-9pm (2 hour check-in and log completion) (3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE)

    Overnight Supervision: 12am - 2am (drive through and log completion) (7 SHIFTS AVAILABLE)

    Check Out: 8-10am (check out, clean up, and log completion) (3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE)

    Qualifications:

    Excels at operating in a fast-paced diverse community environment

    Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

    Attention to detail

    A valid California driver’s license, current registration and auto insurance, access to reliable and timely transportation to program sites and off-site meetings

    Background check

    Must be available nights and weekends
