Position: Recovery Housing Manager
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals seeking substance use and mental health treatment? At Oregon Change Clinic (OCC), we provide outpatient and intensive outpatient services, along with supportive housing for clients actively engaged in our programs. We are looking for a dedicated Recovery Housing Manager to lead our residential housing locations and support our mission of healing and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision: Inspire and guide a team of housing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and neighboring businesses to enhance our services.
Policy Development: Collaborate on the creation and implementation of effective housing policies and procedures.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve housing goals, focusing on improving services and client outcomes.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all programs meet licensing, certification, and contractual requirements through regular outcome evaluations.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee housing budgets to ensure financial accountability and sustainability.
Crisis Management: Maintain a flexible schedule for on-call duties, emergencies, and crisis interventions.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Attend Quality Improvement meetings and work with the Leadership Team to uphold clinical standards in line with OAR’s and OCC compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Studies or a related field, or equivalent experience (4 years) in a relevant role.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, managerial, or leadership experience in behavioral health settings.
Strong understanding of behavioral health treatment models and approaches.
Commitment to culturally sensitive practices and cultural factors in service delivery.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV background checks and annual driver training.
Successful completion of a background check, including DHS clearance.
