Our Houston office is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join our Tax group. The ideal candidate will have strong tax transactional experience and a passion for providing high-quality work product and exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of tax transactional matters, providing legal support and counsel to clients.
• Draft and review tax-related documents and agreements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to address complex tax issues.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service and responsiveness.
