We are seeking an HR Generalist who has Bookkeeping experience to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee essential HR functions and help maintain a positive and productive workplace. Compensation and Benefits • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits • Opportunities for rapid growth Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally in the workplace in Waterloo, IA, US. • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed. • Organize and oversee appointments and schedules for both clients and staff members. • Ensure accurate organization and maintenance of financial records using accounting software.Process transactions related to accounts payable and receivable diligently.Support payroll operations and keep track of employee records effectively.Generate and distribute invoices and financial statements to clients promptly. • Perform various general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. • Collaborate closely with team members to uphold a seamless workflow and provide top-notch customer service. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills are required to establish positive relationships across all levels of the organization. • Strong organizational abilities and an eye for detail are essential for this role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is a must. • Prior experience in bookkeeping is necessary. • The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting is crucial. • While previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, it is not mandatory. • A proactive mindset, positive demeanor, and dedication to achieving outstanding outcomes are highly valued.
