    Concord Plaza Hotel is in search of a full - time highly motivated, results - oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR Department. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions. This is a one - person department to include responsibilities for employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, and benefits management. The ideal incumbent will have thorough knowledge of state, federal, and local employment laws. Responsibilities: As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for : • Implementation of all company policies and procedures • Monitor and manage employee training requirements • Manage company health, dental, and vision programs. Work with insurance brokers on annual renewals. • Learn and adhere to guidelines of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to include timely submission of reports, pension plans, and union dues guidelines. • Oversee all CBA guidelines for compliance with job duties, disciplinary action, grievance process and separation. • Interact with employees and assist with problem solving and respond to queries promptly. • Oversee Company safety programs to include employee accidents and incidents. • Ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner. Follow proper protocol for all work - related injuries and illnesses • Write and post Ads for vacant positions. Recruit, conduct interviews, extend offer of employment and provide an over - all efficient onboarding experience. • Perform payroll duties and ensure proper time clock procedures, meal break and rest period adherence. Immediately correct any paycheck inaccuracies. • Conduct exit interviews to obtain constructive feedback from off-boarding employee • Maintain accurate personnel records • Ensure INS completion and compliance. • Work closely with employees and managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: • The ideal Applicant will demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Posess three to five years' experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or a senior position in HR Management • SHRM certified or similar certification institute preferred • Intermediate to advanced computer skills • Savy decision maker and problem-solving capabilities • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations • Excellent communication and written skills • Ability to work independently • Some weekends maybe required in this position • Union experience preferred • Bilingual Spanish required Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly

    $70,000-$75,000 per year
