    HR Generalist - Part-Time - Remote We believe every client deserves the opportunity to see (and taste) the rainbow on the other side. Can you visualize what that feels like? Looks like? We do what we do because it’s our mission to get to the other side of an ugly legal situation, and we are looking for a seasoned HR generalist, with significant experience as a successful recruiter, at our law firm, with excellent communication skills, to help us provide that to clients. Candidates need to have a record of building positive and engaged people cultures through deliberate strategies that recruit, develop, and retain stellar team members. Candidates must also have experience successfully building and implementing effective policies, systems, and procedures for people management aligned to state and federal laws. Responsibilities: • Primary Focus: Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes • Primary Focus: Design employee onboarding; organize training development initiatives • Primary Focus: Maintain secure employee files/records in compliance with federal and state law • Primary Focus: Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans • Ensure compliance with labor regulations • Assist in the development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies; ensure the employee handbook is acknowledged by all employees as updated • Help develop and facilitate an effective quarterly performance management system built around KPIs and metric tracking • Guide leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using progressive discipline when appropriate • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise • Promote proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace Qualifications: • BA or BS in business administration is REQUIRED • Certification from SHRM or HRCI strongly preferred • Demonstrated record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent in areas where candidates are scarce Compensation: $30/Hour
