Qualifications: HR Specialist Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources or a related field. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience. • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a meticulous approach to managing sensitive information. • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new software and systems. • Positive Attitude: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success. • Employment Law Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices is a plus. • Previous Experience: Prior office or administrative experience is advantageous, but not required. • Location: Must be within commuting distance to the office, as this is not a remote position.
