Job Title: Payment Poster & Research Specialist

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities:

Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments.

Collaborate with internal and external partners for accurate payment posting.

Utilize Affinity, Emdeon, Streamline, and MedAssets.

Ensure timely posting of batches and accurate AR reporting.

Organize daily posting logs and reconcile with Accounting.

Manage Suspense accounts and conduct payment posting research.

Communicate with payors and resolve payment issues.

Review and respond to payment posting research requests.

Work with vendors on posting file errors.

Participate in training and process improvements.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of billing/collection experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

$20 per hour.
