Hudson House Restaurant & Raw Bar
Positions: Server, Host, Bartender, Line Cook, Dishwasher, Customer Service/Support Staff
Location: 5904 N. Macarthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75039
Pay Rates:
- Servers and Bar Pay: $2.13 + Tips (usually make about $1200 – $1500 a week)
- Host Pay: $16.00 + /hour (Includes a base and tip share)
- Line Cook Pay: $15.00 – $22.00/hour
- Support and Dish: (TBD)
*$300 Sign-On Bonus – Paid 30 days after March 30th
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an upscale or fine-dining high volume establishment.
- Will be required to complete and pass quizzes on product/job knowledge.
- Positive attitude, a sense of responsibility and ownership of the position.
- Appetite for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.
- Desire to learn and grow within the position and restaurant.
- Knowledge and passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
- Understanding of classic food, wine service, pairings, and service ware.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability.
