Are you a driven, passionate recruitment professional who would like to be part of Hudson’s dynamic leadership team? We are actively looking for a RECRUITMENT CLIENT DELIVERY MANAGER to lead multiple RPO programs. Working remotely, you will manage teams, client relationships and provide expertise in recruitment strategy.
Primary responsibilities include: operations, program management, relationship management, strategy & financial management, and people & performance management. Accountable to lead the recruitment teams’ efforts to attract and identify top talent for key opportunities to meet clients’ contractual commitments and service level agreements. Responsible to work in an efficient, high quality, timely, cost effective manner, using a continuous improvement approach.
