- At least 15 years of academic, research, or industry experience in human performance, human factors, user experience, and human-centered design, specifically in biomedical/clinical product development.
- Extensive experience providing insights on usability, human factors, and social science considerations for medical countermeasure development and adoption.

- Graduate degree in relevant disciplines such as public health, health sciences, social sciences, engineering, design, or other biological sciences.
Skills Required
- Expertise in human factors engineering and user-centered design in the context of medical countermeasures.'- Strong knowledge of usability testing and the integration of human factors in product design.
- Experience with social science research methodologies as they apply to health and medical product design.
- Proficient in evaluating user experiences, especially in clinical and biomedical settings.

- Ability to review and provide expert feedback on clinical protocols, surveys, and other research methods that explore participant, patient, and user experiences.

- Familiarity with regulatory and policy issues related to human factors and user experience in MCM development.
