As we continue to expand, BoatJunkie Sales and Service is seeking an experienced and highly skilled HUMAN RESOURECES MANAGER who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our HR strategies align with the overall business goals
Ideal Candidate will aid in growing and developing the company by hiring and retaining exceptional individuals that will contribute to achievement of the company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute on all details of our company vision and mission statement and upkeep our code of conduct
Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance and development.
Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Design organizational structures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 5-10 years of experience in leading HR positions, projects
· Proficiency in HRIS platforms
· HR certifications preferred but not required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong presentation skills to communicate HR initiatives clearly across all levels of the organization
· Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations.
