Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General:
Recruiting and onboarding:
Manage full cycle recruiting efforts for both Union and Salary positions both external and internal.
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, scheduling interviews and plant tours, making employment offers, initiating background checks, scheduling physicals, and coordinating new hire orientations with the Safety department.
Update and create job descriptions. Manage new hires probationary periods, and notify leadership once completed.
Develop and maintain recruiting channels to maintain/improve staffing strategies.
Enter new hires in various systems such as UKG (HRIS), Brivo (Key Fob), and RapidCast (Mass Communication).
Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes

Physical Demands :
Indoor working environment, manufacturing/foundry, noise exposure throughout the day.
Exposure to dust, Essential physical requirements, such as standing and or sitting would be up to employee for most of the shift, stooping, or typing as well as bending and lifting is a possibility depending on tasks. Physical effort/lifting, up to 20 pounds; medium. Weekly shift Monday through Friday with the occasional night or weekend work at most onetime per quarter. Travel requirements, minimal.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee may occasionally be exposed to airborne particles, such as dust. The office environment is climate-controlled with regulated heating and cooling. There may be limited exposure to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is generally low and can be managed by the individual.
