    AT A GLANCE: All Sport Health and Fitness Club, a premier provider of fitness services, is seeking a Human Resource & Accounting Specialist to join our administrative team. This highly visible role supports all departments within our organization and ensures the timely and accurate processing of financial and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple time-sensitive responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Accounting & Payroll

    · Process and maintain accurate billing of all membership dues.

    · Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.

    · Enter, review, and submit payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    · Assist in reconciling financial statements and accounts.

    · Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records as needed.

    Human Resources

    · Oversee employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

    · Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including benefits enrollment and paperwork processing.

    · Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.

    · Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education & Experience:

    · Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

    · Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and/or human resources.

    · Experience in the health club, hospitality, or service industry is a plus.

    Technical Skills:

    · UKG Payroll experience is plus, but not required.

    · Experience with accounting and payroll software is preferred.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    · Ability to generate and analyze financial reports.
