This position is a combination of HR administrative tasks and employee training. The HR Assistant performs administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the HR department. As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the HR Director to assess training needs and developing and implementing a program that meets the needs of our employee population.
