  • Responsibilities

    We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Associate to join our team and help us streamline our recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing processes for both us and clients. Note: While the position falls under the umbrella of Human Resources, we refer to this role as Junior Administrative Associate. Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews. • Assist with the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and clients. • Coordinate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide ongoing support. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities. • Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and team members. • Handle administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment as needed. Qualifications: • 1+ year[s] of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles. • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Comfortable using Microsoft and Google Suite products. Compensation: $200 - $400 per month
