  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, including job requisitions, offer coordination, and OFCCP reporting.
    • Generate HR reports and manage employee documentation for status changes.
    • Plan and coordinate training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
    • Conduct new hire orientations and assist with employee relations issues.
    • Support employee recognition programs and community engagement activities.
    • Participate in safety initiatives, including audits, training, and incident analysis.
    • Maintain proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, ATS, ADP) and Google Suite.
    • Assist HR Business Partner with corporate initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations.
    • Capable of sitting, standing, walking, and using hands for extended periods.
    • Able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
    • Possess clear vision and hearing for effective communication and use of office equipment.
