    Job Description

    pureIntegration is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office (onsite 5 days a week) position. Candidates must live within a 10-15 mile radius of the Reston, VA office.

    This position is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Human Resources department and the Reston office in the day-to-day operations at pureIntegration. If you are hard working, customer service driven, and people-focused this job may be a great fit for you!

    The annual base salary is $65,000 - $75,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.

    Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding & Offboarding * Facilitate administrative processes to support onboarding, including completing I-9/Everify, initiating and reviewing background checks, data entry and completing all employee verifications. * Coordinate offboarding for existing resources.
    • Resource Management
      • Maintain an effective and compliant filing system to ensure employee files are up to date and ready to access.
      • Maintain systems to track resource management and provide accurate reporting.
    • Department Support
      • Develop an accurate working knowledge of all PI policies and procedures.
      • Answer employee requests and questions with accuracy and on a timely basis.
      • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communications for the performance management Cycles, training and development, and engagement programs.
    • Office Management
      • Serve as the company’s central point of contact, handling incoming communications and coordinating appropriate follow up.
      • Implement office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency.
      • Maintain office and kitchen inventory and restocking.
      • Coordinate catering and/or reservations for office events.
      • Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
      • Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree - Human Resources or related field preferred.
    • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Ability to implement HR programs, policies, and procedures.
    • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project).
    • Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment and manage high volume transactional activities with attention to detail and clear communication.
