    Participate in Management meetings as scheduled.

    Provide all potential candidates for hire with an Offer letter.

    Participate in staff weekly meetings.

    Ensure required Federal and State government posters are posted in common area and current.

    Ensure that the employee grievance procedure is visible and posted or acknowledged for all employees. Grievance Forms are made accessible.

    Participate in seminars or workshops for business as scheduled.

    Coordinate scheduling of required trainings within orientation period and annually.

    In collaboration with Clinical Department, develop clinical staff development-recommended trainings/competencies, workshops, and or in-services to enhance skills and or performance.

    Encourage all staff, contractors to complete of Employee satisfaction surveys at least annually as well as upon resignation and termination.

    Assign and or follow up corrective actions when assigned.

    Collaborate with Lead BHT to develop operations department /BHT staff development-recommended trainings/competencies, workshops, and or in-services to enhance skills and or performance.

    Collaborate with all department heads to collect, review, and track all PTO and or leave requests in a timely manner.

    Abide by HIPPA, Payroll, Employee issues, and Confidentiality laws at all times.

    Maintain a current organizational chart and update as needed.

    Ensure all contractors have an agreement that lists their duties and responsibilities and compensation.

    Develop employee retention program approved by leadership-this may include monthly birthday events, employee of the month, use of Paid Time Off, Comp Time, Holiday Pay, Insurance Benefits, Influenza Prevention Incentive Program, etc…

    Ensure all contractors have Professional Liability Insurance active and a copy on file annually.

    Ensure the completion of al professional licenses and or certification verifications prior to hire and annually thereafter.

    Develop employee retention program approved by leadership-this may include monthly birthday events, employee of the month, use of Paid Time off, Comp Time, Holiday Pay, Insurance benefits, Influenza prevention incentive program, etc..

    Oversee the collection of education verifications, collaborate with referring and receiving providers to ensure /licenses/invoices are correct.

    Collaborate with Management to develop, create, revise/change, job positions needed for the organization.

    Track and log all new hires, demotions, promotions, resignations, terminations monthly as part of quality assurance.

    Coordinate with Management to establish employment advertisement vendor relations for potential hires-Indeed, Monster, Career builders, Newspaper, etc…

    Develop internal system for Payroll processing deduction-Taxes, ADP or Paychex, etc…

    Familiarize with State and Federal Labor laws and employer and employee rights.

    Ensure all new employees have orientation process, tour, questions answered, review policies, staff identification, I-9, personnel files management.

    Any other tasks assigned by management.
