    • Recruitment and Hiring: Conducting job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.

    • Onboarding: Facilitating new employee orientation, explaining company policies, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.

    • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, investigating issues, and maintaining positive employee relations.

    • Payroll processing: Process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions

    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws

    • Employee management: Hire, evaluate, schedule, and train employees

    • Record keeping: Maintain employee records and payroll reports

    • Quality assurance: Manage quality assurance programs and internal controls

    • Communication: Interact with managers and other stakeholders

    • Training: Train employees on payroll, timecards, and absence functions

    • Audit: Prepare and provide documentation for audits

    • Bilingual (+Spanish)

    • Knowledge of payroll processing, accounting, and labor laws

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills

    • Attention to detail

    • Supervisory and leadership skills

    • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or human resources

    • Related experience
