Key Responsibilities
Steward company culture improvement thru HR actions
Identify HR trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational goals
Manage and solve employee relations issue(some complex) with support of our HR consulting group
Manage HR administrative support to senior leadership and franchise employees
Fulfill all hiring needs through a comprehensive and robust recruiting program
Ensure and maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy (e.g. W-4, I-9, Direct Deposit, etc.)
Contribute to 90-day and annual reviews with all franchise employee
Oversee payroll accuracy including timecards, labor allocations, commission pay, and wage garnishments
Manage benefits programs in a manner that ensures cost effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees
Interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management and franchise employees
Oversee W-2 with reconciliation and year-end processing
Oversee apprenticeship program - St of TN
Oversee performance improvement program
Position Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
· 3-5 years of overall business experience as an HR Generalist
· PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred
· Experience leading effective performance management systems and practices
· Demonstrated strength in effective recruitment, communication, and collaboration
· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
