    Remote Role This is a remote role open to candidates located within 90 miles of Lexington, KY, or Morgan, UT.

    About the Role As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization by:

    Managing compliance across multiple states, including staying up-to-date with employment laws and providing training to the team.

    Overseeing payroll and benefits administration for multiple practice locations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.

    Supporting our Employer of Choice initiatives, working closely with VROMP and practice leadership to align HR strategies with our organizational vision and goals.

    Enhancing employee relations, acting as a trusted resource for HR guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.

    Implementing and optimizing HR technology to improve efficiency and data management.
