Job Description
Position Purpose: This position is responsible to provide administrative support and coordination within the Human Resource Department across all functions including recruitment, compliance, new hire orientation, onboarding, job fairs and communications. This role will also support any HR related projects or objectives identified for the year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Act as a point of contact for the Talent Acquisition Team - US Manufacturing
Assist with coordination and participate in New Employee Orientation, including preparation of New Hire packets and giveaway materials, checklists, scheduling presenters, room set up, new hire paperwork and onboarding
Coordinate and schedules interviews and debrief sessions between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
Supports maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and local file systems (electronic & paper)
Oversees employee file and I9 compliance and management
Coordinate temporary employee conversion processes and procedures
Inputs Talent Acquisition -related data, compiles standard reports for management (eg. recruitment activities, metrics, time to fill)
Responsible for writing and updating job descriptions, job advertisements, posting jobs on career boards college job sites and social media, attending job fairs, planning & implementing recruiting events and open houses.
Maintain relationships and coordinate recruitment activities with local job networks, community colleges, technical schools, outplacement agencies, military/veteran agencies and other job services
Support contingency process for potential hires (eg. Background checks and drug screens)
Responsible for entering purchase requisitions, invoices and travel reimbursements.
Support with vendor relationship management and employee referral bonus program
Administer and organize the internal communications for Talent Acquisition- US Manufacturing
Other duties as may be assigned to administratively support HR Business Partners, Payroll/Benefits Specialist, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred
2 or more years’ experience in Human Resources, staffing, customer service or sales required
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works in an office and manufacturing environment with moderate noise level. Must don PPE when entering warehouse and manufacturing areas
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
Need to travel to external job fairs (occasionally) and between Nemera’s buildings (frequently)
Fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions

POSITION RANGE: $20.00 - $25.00 USD hourly (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
